How do I make a Care Guarantee claim?

Our knits are designed and crafted to last—with a little bit of care, your knit should remain a permanent part of your wardrobe for many, many years to come. To give you extra comfort, each knit is covered under Our Care Guarantee that covers damages from normal wear and tear, faulty material or poor workmanship.
If your knit needs a few stitches or to get back into shape, we’ll help you out by providing some tips on how to best care for your garment and even how to mend it yourself if you’re feeling brave enough.
To make use of our Knit Clinic, here’s what you need to do*.

*Please note that you must be the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase (order number and date). If your knit was gifted, just let us know the name of the buyer and we’ll organise the rest.
