When washing is necessary, gentle cycles, cool water, and mild detergents preserve fibre integrity and softness across our entire range.

DITCH THE DRY CLEAN
Harsh chemical solvents used in dry cleaning strip merino of its natural lanolin, destroying the very properties that make it soft, breathable, and odor-resistant.
THE GENTLE SOAK
When a wash is finally needed, gently hand wash in cool water and mild wool detergent. Never wring or twist. To dry, lay the wet garment flat on a clean towel, roll it up to absorb excess moisture, and reshape to dry flat.
THE FRESH AIR FIX:
Merino is naturally odor-resistant thanks to its waxy lanolin coating. Skip the wash and hang your garment in a breeze to let the fibers “exhale” and reset.
NEVER HANG:
Gravity is the enemy of knitwear. Always store your garments folded and flat to prevent stretching and maintain their engineered shape.
PILL PATROL:
Pilling is a natural sign of high-quality wool. Use a wool comb or fabric shaver once a season to keep the surface looking brand new.
THE DEEP FREEZE:
Suspect moths?. Avoid toxic mothballs by placing your dry sweater in a sealed bag in the freezer for 48 hours to safely eliminate larvae.
