Please note that you must be the original purchaser of the product with a valid proof of purchase (order number and date). If your knit was gifted, just let us know the name of the buyer and we’ll organise the rest.

GATHER YOUR DETAILS
Locate your original order number and the date of purchase. If your sweater was a gift, simply track down the full name of the person who kindly bought it for you.
REACH OUT TO THE FLOCK
Attach your photos, your proof of purchase, and your completed request form to an email and send it over to theflock@sheepinc.com.
LEAVE THE REST TO US
Once we receive your email, our clinic team will assess the knit and get straight back to you with a bespoke repair plan and the next steps for shipping.
