I bought a light crewneck sweater and am so pleased with this garment. The customer service is excellent, fast and friendly. The sweater arrived in great plastic-free packaging. I've bought several jumpers from Sheep now and both the quality of material and fit are excellent. Having purchased both crewneck and light crewneck styles now in various colours, I've been impressed with just how much better these feel on than other jumpers - including ones that have cost a lot more than what these guys charge. The provenance and sustainability that comes with each is a nice little bonus - one that will continue to set them apart in an era of increasingly fast fashion. They are great. However... The reason for the 3 star rating is that, twice now, I have experienced issues with the collars of the Anthracite crewneck jumpers I've purchased. The first occurred after putting the jumper on properly for the first time. I spotted a hole along the collar's seam and so I immediately removed it. On further inspection, two more large holes were seen in similar locations further around the neck line. Support were excellent and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately, when trying on the replacement I noticed another small hole in more or less the same spot. The cause in both instances is a total mystery to me. Here's the comment I would make. Both jumpers described above appeared to fit perfectly - certainly not loose-fitting like many of the models on the website but not tight or pulled. In both instances, I didn't notice anything when trying them on that might suggest tearing or unpicking. The other crewneck jumpers I own in different colours haven't shown any such problems, nor have the light crewneck jumpers I've purchased. In neither instance did I struggle to put them on, so I wasn't applying any excessive force which might have explained the holes appearing. I've never experienced this issue with any other jumpers I've owned, so I'm pretty certain this had nothing to do with how I put them on - particularly as the holes became apparent immediately in both instances. At the same time, I can't imagine that the Anthracite jumper is produced differently to crewnecks in other colours, and both appear to have been hand finished by the same person so I'm at a bit of a loss to explain this. Again, I'd highly recommend Sheep's products but would suggest you keep an eye on the collar line - particularly for the anthracite crewnecks. Whilst the support team will be awesome in helping resolve any issues that do arise, I'm sure, it's still a little inconvenient having to go through the returns process each time.

I love Sheepinc’s clothing. I bought a blue crew neck light and it’s now my favorite shirt. It’s soft, fits exceptionally well, and keeps that new shirt aroma. I quickly bought another crewneck sweater and can’t wait to buy a merino wool T-shirt from Sheepinc.
