How do I return my order? - UK

We get that you can’t love everything and that’s OK, don’t feel bad. Whether it was the wrong fit, the wrong colour or something just didn’t feel 100% right, we will accept your return providing it complies with our Terms and Conditions.*
To start a return click here then enter your email and password to login. If you don't have an account yet you can click here to create one. Please note to log in/create an account with the same email address used to place your order.
Choose the order you wish to return by clicking on view or manage, then select the item(s) from the order that you’d like to return.
You'll then receive a URN (Unique Return Number) and further instructions on how to return your item. Please write the URN onto page 2 of the despatch note which arrived in your original box.
After you have added the URN, please package the knitwear and all of the packaging elements into the box and apply the prepaid label included.
Finally, post your sweater at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office location. Please keep your proof of postage safe.
After your order has completed its return journey, our team will inspect the knit and once everything is in order, log the return. We typically get back to you within 14 days of sending the returned knit back to us.
*Please note, all items must be returned from the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached within 28 days from delivery date.
