Do you offer gift packaging?
We certainly do! Gift packaging is available for an additional £5 at checkout. Gift packaging includes; a cotton bag, pilling comb, gift invoice and luxury white Sheep Inc. box.
What does the gift packaging consist of?
Each item prepared as a gift, comes in a limited edition cotton storage bag with a specially designed festive lining. It also comes with a special maintenance comb that allows the knit to be cared for and always looking fresh. The storage bag has a compartment that the comb can be stored in.
Finally the knit is sent in a white presentation box, so it’s ready to be placed straight under the tree.

Is the gift packaging sustainable?
Nearly all materials used in our gift packaging are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable.

Yes, we certainly do.
Our gift cards are digital, and your giftee will receive them via email. You can shop them here and treat someone to a supremely soft knit.

My order was a gift, can I return or exchange it?
Absolutely!
Just head to our returns portal, select “Gift Return” and enter the order number. You’ll then need to complete the onscreen steps and select your shipping option.
Once your return has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know and further instructions on how to post your return.
All items must be returned from the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached.

But be nice. We’re good people who love knits, trees, and fluffy animals. Please be nice to us in return. If we have reason to believe you are taking advantage of, or abusing our return policy, we may have to deactivate your account and issue a report. We, of course, would be heartbroken to do so and hope it will never go that far, but we have to reserve this right just in case.
