Gift packaging is available for an additional £5 at checkout. Gift packaging includes; a cotton bag, pilling comb, gift invoice and luxury white Sheep Inc. box.

What does the gift packaging consist of?
Each item prepared as a gift, comes in a limited edition cotton storage bag with a specially designed festive lining. It also comes with a special maintenance comb that allows the knit to be cared for and always looking fresh. And the storage bag has a compartment that the comb can be stored in.
Finally the knit is sent in a white presentation box, so it’s ready to be placed straight under the tree.

Nearly all materials used in our gift packaging are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable.

My order was a gift, can I return or exchange it?
Absolutely!
Please provide us with the following information to get your return or exchange started: The order number (if you have it) The email address and/or the full name of the purchaser if you don’t have the order number The item you're returning (style, colour, size). The return reason; i.e. too small/big, doesn't suit you, colour, etc.
*All items must be unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached.
If you’d like to exchange the item please also provide us with the following details: The item (colour and size) you’d like to exchange for* Shipping address for the new item.
*Please note that items can only be exchanged for another item of the same value.

What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns for all orders* returned from the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Extended Holiday season returns period: you may return any unsuitable items purchased between November 28th 2023 until January 14th 2024.
Whilst we are slightly reliant on your card provider to meet their end of the bargain, we always aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned garment.
We don’t judge. Returns happen. It’s part of the circle of life. So we want to make it clear that seeking a return will not affect your statutory rights. But be nice. We’re good people who love knitwear, trees and fluffy animals. Please be nice to us in return. If we do think that you are returning much more than any regular customer or we have reason to believe you are returning things maliciously or with consistent damage, we may have to deactivate your account. Whilst we would be heartbroken to do so and hope it will never come that far, we have to reserve this right just in case.
*Sadly, if you’re based in Austria, Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg, New Zealand and Portugal we are not yet able to offer pre-paid postage labels. This is certainly no conspiracy against your beautiful countries and please trust us that we are working hard to rectify this. The good news is that it does not stop you from returning the item to us, but you will have to pay for postage.
